Between 2003 and 2010, ERKA Construction and Logistics successfully completed Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quality (IDIQ) and Multiple Task Order Award Contract (MATOC) projects for US Army while working for companies like KBR and Mantech on a contractual basis.  Mostly, the type of works that ERKA provided was design and build; the Completed completed over 100 design and build projects in various locations in Iraq, some of which were Kirkuk, Anaconda, Baghdad Victory Base Complex (VBC), and other cities. At Kirkuk, for example, ERKA was responsible from construction of the airbase main gate, entrance road, and PEB buildings in addition to the purchase and delivery of heavy machinery and equipment. 

At Anaconda Airbase, on the other hand, ERKA completed a number of design and build projects; for example, the Company's first project was to design and build washrack (650,000 USD) and postal distribution facility (5.58 million USD).  Additionally, the Company undertook several O&M works some of which were maintenance of Bldg 9107, Burn Pit, copier services, Black and Gray water services, and solid waste removal of FOB O'Ryan.

Additionally, due to receiving MATOC contract award at Baghdad Victory Base Complex (VBC), ERKA was given several task orders, some of which were Iraq Robotic Facility Building, CIF Warehouse; Compound 5 Improvements; Compound Fencing; Design & Construct nl Firing Range fob Future; Design & Construct Ecp, Guard Towers and Reception Center.  

Via Kellogg, Brown & Root (KBR), ERKA supplied 12.5 million USD electrical hardware including cables, cable splices, cable potheads, transformer substations to US Government in Tikrit and other parts of Iraq. Additionally, the Company accomplished the leasing and sales of trucks, heavy machinery, and equipment with large dollar values.  For MANTECH, ERKA provided maintenance and operation services for the Mancamp in Anaconda LS - Iraq, one of which was HVAC services and generator maintenance was done.  Wherever and whatever was requested on a contractual basis ERKA was there.
